Acceptance of Terms

Personal Conduct

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold gps basecamp and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through the Service, your use of the gps basecamp site(s), your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.

Termination

You agree that gps basecamp may terminate your access to the gps basecamp site(s) for violations of the TOS, privacy notice and/or requests by authorized law enforcement or other government agencies.

You further acknowledge and agree that gps basecamp shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

Copyright infringement claims

gps baecamp respects the copyright of others and our users are required to do the same. gps basecamp may suspend or revoke your privledges for what we believe are copyright infringements. If you believe that your work has been used in any way that constitutes copyright violations olease submit the following to gps basecamp at .

  • An elecrtonic or physical signature from you as the copyright owner.
  • A description of the work you believe has been infringed upon.
  • A description or link on the gps basecamp site(s) where the material is located.
  • Your personal contact information, email address is the preferred method of communication.
  • A statement by yo that the submission to gps basecamp that you are the copyright holder of the material in question and that the information you submit is true and accurate.

Other regulations

  • No sites related or linked to racism/adult/pornographic/hate/illegal software/Warez/illegal MP3/illigal movies/violence or sites deemed by gpsbasecamp.com to be inappropriate or unacceptable are allowed.

  • You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, tortious, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes or may infringe the intellectual property or other rights of another.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password, and you are fully responsible for all activities which occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify gpsbasecamp.com of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

  • gpsbasecamp.com is supported by advertising, you agree not to try to remove any of our advertising banners or tamper with our banner system. You may receive a warning or be immediately banned for such activity.

  • gpsbasecamp.com may make provisions for those members who do not desire advertising banners to have an advertising-free service for a small monthly fee. In such cases, all other aspects of this Terms and Conditions still apply.

  • You agree not to post links to affiliate programs, affiliate links of any kind or any type of advertisement.

  • Posting of items for sale is prohibited except in classified forums. Items listed for sale must be personal items. Posting of items for sale by a business is prohibited. Posting of a large number of items or posting items repetedly may me considered business related by gps basecamp and your use of gps basecamp may be suspended or revoked. Links to items for sale or offers is strictly prohibited.

  • Spamming of any form is not tollerated. Doing so will result in your gps basecamp privledges being permanentally revoked.

  • It is illegal to attempt to compromise the security of gpsbasecamp.com by any means, including, but not limited to:

    • attempting to gain access to restricted information;
    • attempting to disable, cripple or modify any service of gpsbasecamp.com;
    • attempting to access information in other accounts.

  • gpsbasecamp.com reserves the right to prosecute any individual attempting to compromise the security of this site to the fullest extent allowable by federal, state or local law.

  • You realize that it is possible that gpsbasecamp.com will go out of business and shut down its service without any notification.

  • gps basecamp reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • Accounts that are inactive for a period of 90 days may be subject to removal.

  • gpsbasecamp.com reserves the right to modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at anytime with or without your consent or notice.
